Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • Returns for items that are used, damaged by the client, or missing parts will not be accepted.
  • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
