What makes Cardcrafters' cards unique?

Our cards are reusable, personalizable and feature an innovative QR code that allows you to follow the card’s journey. This gives the card a personal and interactive story, making it a special gift.

How does the QR code on the cards work?

Each card features a unique QR code. By scanning the code, you will be directed to a website where you can add your location. When the card is passed on, the next recipient can do the same. This creates a digital travel history of the card.

Are the cards really reusable?

Yes, our cards are designed to be used multiple times. Thanks to the sturdy material and the QR code, they can be passed on without loss of quality.

How long will it take for my card to be delivered?

After placing your order, it takes an average of 5-7 business days for you to receive your personalized card. Of course, this is based on our stock.

What if I am not satisfied with my card?

Absolutely. Each QR code is unique to the card and only accessible to those who scan it. Locations are added around the location it was added but never the exact location.

What happens if a card isn’t passed on?

If a card isn’t passed on, its travel history remains intact. When it’s reused, the journey can continue seamlessly.

Can I fix a mistake in my order?

If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made as long as the card hasn’t entered production yet.
