Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Returns for items that are used, damaged by the client, or missing parts will not be accepted.
- Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Carefully package the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
